How to begin your personal evolution…
Strength & Conditioning Training
We integrate a variety of resistance training methods including Bodyweight Training, Kettlebell/Dumbbell/Barbell weight training, and Olympic style strength training. Strength training programs includes exercises and protocols that also improve cardiovascular endurance. Individual programs vary and are based on the specific goals, needs, and objectives of each Client.
Mobility
Optimal mobility allows the body to move freely through its full, unrestricted range of motion. Our programs naturally balance the ideal proportions of strength and mobility work to accommodate each Clients individual needs. Several methods we leverage to incorporate sound mobility training principles include Hatha Yoga, Kalaripayattu martial arts, TRX training & More.
Weight Loss
Achieving and maintaining a body composition that leads to greater levels of wellness is the focus of our weight loss programs. The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as “the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health.” This extends beyond just physical health and includes many dimensions (mental, emotional, social, & spiritual) that work in harmony when a person is in a state of wellness.

What’s not to like. I have been strength training
